Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a former football player and football manager. Currently, in 2019 he is the football manager of Manchester United Football Club. He started his professional football career in 1990 with Norwegian football club Clausenengen. He played for 4 years from 1990 – 1994 with Clausenengn. After that, he joined the Molde club from 1994 – 1996. In 1996 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer moved to England and joined Manchester United Football Club. He played from Manchester United for 11 years 1996-2007. In this period he played 366 matches and scored 126 goals.
After taking retirement in 2007 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started his career as a football manager. He was a reserved team manager in Manchester United from 2008 to 2011. In 2014, He joined Cardiff City as Team Manager. Then again he returned to Molde Club. In 2018 Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was back to Manchester United as a caretaker Manager. In 2019 he signed a contract with Manchester United as a 3-year permanent Team Manager. Now he is serving as a full-time team manager of Manchester United Football Club.
