Dequantes Devontay Lamar is an American hip hop artist that is best known for his unique style of rapping. Sequences Lamar is his real name but has Rich Homie Quan as the stage name that people know him for.
He was born and brought up in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Many of his fans has categorized his music as part of the hardcore rap but he disagreed by saying it is hip hop rap. Homie was previously signed to a well known independent label T.G.I Entertainment and later moved to join Motown Records.
