Ned Luke is a famous actor who was born in Danville, Illinois in the United States of America. He has appeared in many American movies and TV shows. Ned Luke has a grandfather that was named Paul Birch. Paul Birch is also an actor and He was born to the family of Cindy and Fred Luke.
He graduated from Danville High School. He was to be the bi sport athlete and honor student in this same school and later attended the University of Illinois in Champaign. Ned hit his first landing action film in 1991 where he played the role of the voice of Raffles in Rober Dangerfield.
